Here's an UPDATE everyone!  August 8th is the deadline to get your hotel rooms booked and get in on the room discount.  So if you have not booked yet, remember, you are not charged until you check in.  And you can cancel up to 24 hours prior to check in without penalty.


Also, it seems that though you may start on the original Golding/Sheehan reservations page, navigating away from this page to anything else negates the Golding/Sheehan reservation.  Please make sure that your price is $96 per night.  If it is more than that, and you have already booked, (you'll see the price in the upper right hand corner of your reservation email) please contact them and let them know you are with the Golding/Sheehan wedding.  If you have not booked yet, but the price does not say $96, or Golding/Sheehan, please click on the link below again, to take you to the Golding/Sheehan booking page.

Ladies and Gentlemen, if I could please direct your attention to the pages on my right...er, your right.  Specifically the page labeled  BOOK THE HOTEL HERE!  :)  We have reserved 25 rooms for the weekend of the wedding.  You can book as many nights as you want, or as few as you want... and no, 0 nights does not count as booking.  :)  The thing is, in order to reserve the rooms, we basically had to book them.  The hotel is amazing and we know everyone will have a wonderful time there, so we hope you will choose our prebooked hotel (no pressure... huh?). 

Now, if you don't use the link on the right (yours) to the actual page and just go onto the hotel website, which is below for your viewing pleasure, you can view the regular prices of the hotel.  Now, if the price you are viewing, it must be on their website, is cheaper than the rate we've reserved the room at, no problem!  Go ahead and book at the cheaper rate and just let them know you are with the Golding/Sheehan wedding, and we will still get credit for the room!  Nice right!

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.  So no worries!

DID I MENTION THAT ANYONE WHO STAYS AT THIS HOTEL WILL NOT NEED A CAR?!  ALL TRANSPORTATION IS INCLUDED, INCLUDING TRANSPO TO AND FROM DOWNTOWN AND THE WEDDING AND THE AIRPORT!  ALSO, A NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE DRIVING IN FOR THE WEDDING FROM OTHER STATES.  A VEHICLE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE IF NEEDED.
