OUR REGISTRY PAGE

We are still working on our registries. Since Jason is so finicky, and I'm a big ol spender, we pretty much stink at putting stuff on our registries we can agree on.  So please be patient with us. 

First please let me say that you do not need to get us a gift.  A destination wedding can be expensive enough to attend.  For us, seeing each of you is a gift in itself.  So please do not feel any pressure to purchase something.

Now... if you feel you MUST get us a gift (thank you), we are planning on redoing our whole apartment to make it more... family friendly.  (don't go getting mom all excited about babies yet, sheesh)  So we are looking more at furniture and decorating items.  Getting any and all gifts on a plane back to Seattle will be a little tough.  So we are asking for light gifts. Mainly gift cards and monetary donations.

The monetary donations would be put towards our furniture or honeymoon, in May, to Ireland and Scotland, which we plan to share with our parents (yes both... at once... it'll be fine).  It's the trip of a lifetime for us, as we've both wanted to go to both of these locales for many years, even before we met.  To share this trip with our parents makes us so happy.  Our parents get along great, and we have such a wonderful time with the 4 of them.  We are so excited they will be sharing this trip with us.  So if you would like to contribute to our Honeymoon or if there is something specific you had in mind, please let us know that that is how you wish us to use your gift.

The gift cards would be put towards the larger items on our registries.  Please don't judge, our taste is still evolving  :).  The sofa set (loveseat and sofa) from the first image is from Fred Meyer and the new cookware (Rachel Ray... gotta love her eh?)  is on our Amazon registry. 

The above items would be the first time we have purchased new items for our home of this... magnitude.  I'm not sure I like that word, magnitude.  How about the first time we have purchased items for our home of such lasting importance... yeah I like that better.  :)  Doesn't sound so Ben Affleck destruction movie of the week, right?  So anyhow.  We are registered at three places.  The place that has the furniture is a West Coast place I believe, Fred Meyer.  You cannot really purchase any of their items online, but you can buy gift cards from them online at the link below.  We'll keep trying to add stuff to the registries for those of you who choose to endow us with the ability to furnish our home in boxed up gift style.  Thank you again for all of your generosity.  We can't wait to see everyone... it's just been too damn long.
