Hello Everyone,
     We are soooo excited!  We can't wait to see all of you. Safe flights and drives to everyone.

We wanted to give you all a heads up on the weather and activity fronts here.  First, we have diligently been hitting all the bars in the area in an effort to better inform ya'll of the local flavors and fare.  All of the bartenders are super nice and most of the time, the food is good too.

The weather is cranky.  We have rain and storms on the horizon for tonight and tomorrow night.  So if you have umbrellas, please plan on bringing a small one.  For Saturday it's looking cooler, at around 73 degrees.  There's a storm planned for that morning (really, do you have a better word for it) but hopefully the sun will shine on our wedding.  The venue is prepared to move us inside if needed, so no worries!

Please check weather.com or the weather channel before you leave to determine what you may wish to wear now that cooler weather is on it's way.

So for Friday again, it's going to be warm people.  Less is more... comfortable. :)  It will be humid and topping 90 for the afternoon.  We want no swooning unless it is from the bride or her mother. 

We recommend purchasing a shuttle pass for downtown.  Please mention Sheehan/Golding wedding when you purchase your shuttle tickets.  The shuttle drops you half a block from Big River. So when you get off the bus, make a right and walk to the corner, you'll see Big River right in front of you.  When you want to go back to the hotel, head back to Wildhorse Saloon at 25 after the hour or 55 after the hour.

Shuttles to Downtown Nashville
Starts daily at 8:55 am to 4:55pm and runs every hour
After 5pm the shuttle comes every half hour at 25 past the hour (so starts at 5:25)
Sun - Thurs the last shuttle back from downtown is at 11:35 pm
Fri - Sat the last shuttle back is 1:35 am (if you miss it, you'll have to cab it, or make friends) :)

For those of you golfing, the shuttle for golf is leaving earlier than previously expected.  Please be ready to leave on the shuttle at 7:15am.  We recommend gathering all gear and being in the lobby no later than 7:05 so the van can be loaded.

For those wonderful souls who are helping us out and taking the bus we have chartered, please be in the lobby no later than 4pm, so we can make our departure time of 4:15pm

NOTE:  There is a Titans game on Sunday at noon.  Downtown will be busy and traffic will be... present.
